From
the Garden State Parkway:
• Exit
82 (Toms River, Seaside Heights, Island Beach State Park). Route 37 East,
4.5 miles. Before crossing the Bay Bridge, turn right at the jug handle
intersection.
Drive straight across Route 37 to Douglas St. There you will see a sign for
Pier One Marina.

Route 35: North/South
• Bear
to the right for the Route 37 West exit, (Toms River). Cross over Pelican Island
and drive across the Barnegat Bay Bridge. Turn right at the traffic
light
at the end of the bridge, onto Douglas St. There you will see a sign for
Pier One Marina.
Seaside
Sailing's sailboat is in the marina behind the Ava's Restaurant,
right next to the big bridge. Parking
is available and it's free in the Pier One parking lot.
